If you’ve been using Cook Smarts’ meal plan service for awhile, you know that asking for and integrating feedback is one of our company’s core values. We care so much about what people have to say about our service and our meals, but there is one type of meal review that is probably my biggest pet peeve, and it’s when people say, “This meal was bland.” I know that we are not perfect and not every recipe we create will be a home run for everyone, but I also know that no meal ever has to be bland regardless of the recipe.

If you’ve ever made a bland dinner and then ate it without trying to give it more flavor, then you’re doing yourself a huge disservice. You’ve spent the time and effort in making a meal — you should always enjoy the taste of it. If the only problem with the meal is that it tastes kinda flat and bleh, that is a problem that can be easily remedied with 2 super simple seasoning habits that I’ll be sharing in today’s podcast episode. Plus, I’ll give you some tips on how to actually make these 2 habits stick in your cooking routine!

After listening to this episode and adopting this new process, you’ll never say, “This meal was bland,” ever again!
