It used to be prepping lunches for work and actually eating those lunches, but now with Cook Smarts I look forward to my lunches!
How has your cooking routine changed since starting Cook Smarts’ meal plans?
Don’t be afraid to layer flavors and increase servings so that the dish can work for you. I love spicy things and being able to prepare lunches from leftover dinners.

Get tools that make life easier in the kitchen – food scale, good knives etc. This will help you control portions and make the prep work easier.
