  • Hi there! This recipe looks amazing, and I can't wait to try it. I was wondering about the fish sauce though. I'm not a fish eater and I really don't like fish sauce... Can you recommend a nice alternative? Thanks!

    • Hi, Courtney! We're excited to have you try this recipe, too! Usually for our vegetarian versions, we would substitute soy sauce instead of fish sauce. Fish sauce has a distinctive taste, so it wouldn't be the same, but it will still be delicious. If you think the flavor of soy sauce is strong, then add to taste and adjust the other ingredients so that the taste is to your liking. We have also used vegetarian fish sauce before, but haven't been able to find it since. If you do find it, you can try that as well. Hope this helps! Let us know how this turns out!
