Your Favorite Meals – Week #2 | 4/22/13 Meal Plan Menu

We are counting down the days until we roll out our new and improved meal planning service. Learn more about it  here. Until then, we’re still offering up your favorite meals from the last 6 months of meal plans. This week’s meals are all about showing your spices some love!

The meal planning takeaway is:

  • Lentils – Soak them overnight and they cook super fast. This is a great vegetarian protein to discover if you haven’t!
  • Cook once, eat twice – Cooking grains takes just as long whether you’re cooking 1 cup or 2. Our batch of couscous for Wednesday night is enough to last us through Thursday’s meal
