- Lentils – Soak them overnight and they cook super fast. This is a great vegetarian protein to discover if you haven’t!
- Cook once, eat twice – Cooking grains takes just as long whether you’re cooking 1 cup or 2. Our batch of couscous for Wednesday night is enough to last us through Thursday’s meal
