I wanted to make sure our last free meal plan of new meals featured the most important meal planning practice we all should do more of – repurposing. Cooking once, eating twice is a mantra we all should follow in the kitchen. Tuesday’s hearty Spanish Chicken and Rice makes the perfect start for a Chicken and Rice Stew. And just in case there’s not enough chicken left from Tuesday’s dish, we supplement our stew with a can or two of beans. It’s like magic, eh? Let’s make more magic happen in our kitchens together!
