Our theme for next week’s meal plan is: “Make Once / Eat Twice.” We know your time is precious and we’re always trying to find ways to cut down your time in the kitchen, so you can go do fun stuff, like read your kid 2 stories instead of 1 or finally start watching “Breaking Bad.” We stretch the fixings on your kebabs across two dinners and use farro for the base of two healthy, delicious dinners. Tell us your favorite ways to repurpose meals on our Facebook wall and you just might see it adapted for a future Weekly Eats.
