I realize it’s not appropriate to have favorite children, but it happens, right? That’s how I feel about my meal plans. While I wouldn’t ever send out a meal plan I didn’t love, there are definitely some that I love more than others, and this is one of them. Every dinner on this week’s menu leaves me craving the leftovers. I’ve gotten to enjoy these meals over and over again this last week. The smashed avocado melt was a new recipe creation, and I’ve become an official addict. I’ve eaten it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner; it’s that good, and you’re going to love it.
