your star diagram doesn't match your info. the diagram shows sour counteracting bitter but, you don't mention it in the sour paragraph. also, are the one way arrows a mistake? can a flavor enhance or balance another flavor without it being vice versa? the diagram shows sour balancing spicy but not spicy balancing sour yet, in the spicy paragraph you say spicy does balance sour. the diagram also shows sour enhancing salty but not vice versa.
