Shrimp Hoagies with Curtido and Coriander Green Beans

Just one bite of our sweet and spicy shrimp hoagies with Cajun seasoning, chili garlic sauce mayo, and curtido pickled cabbage, and you’ll be smitten with the layers of flavors, textures, and colors. Serve with coriander green beans for a quick Monday night meal that packs in fresh flavor.

Meal Planning Smarts:

  • Make a double batch of curtido pickled cabbage to use for this dinner as well as Wednesday’s Turkey Chilaquiles. Save time in the kitchen by prepping the curtido up to 3 days in advance.

Diet Variation:

  • Use your favorite GF sandwich roll or hoagie for an easy gluten-free meal.

Serve with a tangy Mediterranean chickpea salad with bell peppers, cucumbers, red onions, and a homemade dressing.
