I am Mallory's sister in law and I am so impressed with how she continues to cook such incredible food with such an active, non-stop toddler! I fly across the country just to eat Mal's food (you all need to try her Mac & Cheese. trust me) and I wish I lived closer to her not only because I love my family, but because she would keep me well fed.
If only we could pass food through computer screens! Now I'm dying to try Mallory's mac & cheese! :)
We agree, though - Mallory is such an inspiration, and we're so happy to have her as a member of the Cook Smarts community. Even if we can't actually taste her food, we can still enjoy her meals visually.
