  • I've loved Cook Smarts from the beginning, but I'm astounded with the quantity and quality of improvements you've been making in such a short time. Congratulations to a talented team!

    • Thank you Linda! It has been our pleasure improving the service and having you in our community for so long. I still remember your first few emails to me - this was when all customer service questions were going straight to my inbox - so glad that they were so we were able to connect (though I'm glad they're not anymore, b/c I would never get anything done!).

  • I have been telling all my busy friends about you guys. I work full time, am pursuing a master's degree part time, planning a wedding, and am involved in a few other organizations in the community. I have zero time to plan meals let alone think about what I need at the store and oh by the way, it needs to be healthy. I love the weekly email to remind me it's time to go shopping for food and that you guys make me a list of what I need.

There's just the two of us for now, so I love that we can make meals for two. But, it's still hard to buy some produce in small enough portions for the recipes. I am also THRILLED that I can link the recipes to my fitness pal. You have no idea! I don't have enough patience to log each recipe on the off chance I have it again. That feature is SO SO helpful!

If I could make a suggestion about the grocery list...I am able to select items I already have, but the grocery list still shows them (grayed out with an X). If you could remove them completely from the grocery list, that would be ideal.

    Keep up the good work!

  • I really appreciate your responsiveness to suggestions and all the improvements you've made. I never thought I'd say that a business should raise prices, but you should! You've added so much value to the subscription and it's worth more than you're charging. (I sound like the kid in school who reminded the teacher that she forgot to assign homework!) Anyway, just wanted to say that Cook Smarts is wonderful!
