  • Yes, you actually did convince me to buy a spiralizer! This is a great way to add more vegetables to your diet in a fun way!

  • You don't actually have to cook your veggie noodles. I use zucchini and I salt mine and let them sit for 1/2 hour in a colander to pull out some water, rinse, add sauce, and eat.

    • Yes, if you like them super crunchy, that's a great idea - and we love doing this for salads. If you're in a real hurry, cooking them works too.
