I’ve been incredibly lucky to have had not one but two Cook Smarts recipes appear on Joanna Goddard’s blog Cup of Jo. The first one was for Panko Fish Tacos. In this latest post, I shared my recipe for Shrimp Pad Thai, my first and still my favorite Thai dish.

Special ethnic ingredients: Flat rice noodles, fish sauce, and tamarind sauce
Cook Pad Thai noodles by soaking them in boiling water
Get all your ingredients prepped and mise en place together
Start by searing shrimp
And then scramble some eggs
And then add noodles with sauce
Finish with lime juice and green onions and serve hot!
