		<description><![CDATA[I really appreciate the numbering system by menu item on the shopping list so it is easy to cross out if not making all four recipes. I also like that your recipes use a wide variety of proteins that include cheaper cuts of meat like chicken thighs. In general I don&#039;t see too many expensive ingredients and when there are more pricey items, there aren&#039;t a ton in one week. Thanks for all your work. It is hard to believe it a one-woman show!]]></description>

When I prepared the fish in the bag my 6 year old son said to my 10 year old son, Mommy&#039;s fish is wrapped in paper and it has a lemon on it.  My husband responded its fancy.  Smile.  I actually have all of the ingredients in my pantry but I never use the vinegars.  Thanks so much your website is full of great information.  Love the YouTube videos also.]]></description>
