Weekly Eats is kicking off 2013 with a new sleek look, and we also want to do the same for you. Next week’s super healthy menu – free of dairy and meat (with the exception of omega-3 packed salmon) – will help you cleanse your body of all that holiday indulgence and get a healthy start on the new year. We will be highlighting some of winter’s bounty – grapefruit, cauliflower, and kale – in some absolutely delicious and healthy recipes.
One of our 2013 resolutions in and out of the kitchen is to work smarter, not necessarily harder. This week’s meal plan adopts that notion with roasted cauliflower eaten two different ways and an herb sauce that will add so much flavor to everything you cook. Enjoy!
